Our headquarters is in Singapore, and we have served more than 1,000 clients over the past decade. In Kuala Lumpur, we are located at the exciting, vibrant, and stylish estate of Bangsar South. Our key services include personal loans, business loans, restructuring of loans, capital budgeting, cashflow forecast etc.
Founder
David Siaw Jieming
David graduated with Summa Cum Laude (i.e. First Class Honours) from Singapore Management University in Bachelor of Accountancy and Bachelor of Business Management. He was also awarded the prestigious Wilmar International Scholarship, which is owned and managed by the pre-eminent Kuok family.
He has assisted over 1,000 clients in securing the maximum amount of cost-effective loans which greatly improved their financial circumstances. He also acted as the Chief Credit Officer for a network of private lending companies to ensure strict compliance with risk frameworks and loan standards, including doing client due diligence, conducting site visits and assessments, analyzing financial viability of potential borrowers etc. These private lending companies disbursed over MYR 35million of loans annually with David.
Additionally, David acted as the Outsourced CFO for over 20 business clients, providing financial performance and analysis services, including financial forecasting, capital budgeting, and variance analysis etc.
